Water Content and Retention in Treated Strands

Due to the formation of the biofilm, the water contained within the hair fiber has difficulty escaping, preventing dryness. This was confirmed by DSC measurements, which revealed a shift in the maximum water vaporization peak from 64.80°C to 84.30°C after using the product.
